HISTORY
Blue Moon was opened in June 2018 by Evan and Henokh, as their realization to bring their dream into reality. Henokh has been working as barista for 15 years, practicing on making best coffee and experimenting on coffee brewery. Evan is the coffee bean master who spent almost a half of his life just to find the best coffee bean across the world. The chemistry between these two guys just matched when they met up at the biggest coffee exhibition through all Australia and agreed on creating Blue Moon Coffee, and soon to be franchised through all Australia.
